What Footdigest is

Footdigest is an analytics and information product. Our predictions are model estimates: calibrated, but uncertain by design. They are not guarantees, not financial advice, and not betting advice.

Acceptable use

Use Footdigest for personal, lawful purposes. Don't abuse the service or its API (rate limits apply), don't scrape it wholesale, and don't misrepresent where the numbers come from. When you cite our numbers, please attribute Footdigest.

Intellectual property

Footdigest, its content, models, and brand are ours. You may reference and cite our published numbers with attribution; everything else is reserved.

Availability and accuracy

Footdigest is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to be accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and predictions can be wrong.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Footdigest is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information it provides.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. Continued use means you accept the current version.
